We went there without joining any holidays tour that may cost us more than we supposed to spend.. I was so happy that we were brave enough to walk among stranger people there... It was such a lovely trip for us...
The first day we arrived, we stayed in Clarkton Hotel in Angeles City.. It is a beautiful and best hotel that we ever stayed in Philippines.. In Angeles City, we saw a lot of white people and Filipinos around... We went to the Walking Street which is the best place for people around there.. Every shop opened for 24 hours.. And there is a lot of bars and pubs along the street.. Hahaha.. I guess club people should go here for fun.. Many things u can see as well..
Then on the second day, we moved to Malate, Manila. We stayed in Hostel 1632. it was good hotel yet not as good as in Clarkton. Hehehe.. Well, what made me say that because, we were such a freak-wifi people..looking for online connection everytime we checked in to one place.. Hahaha... Yah, sure we're looking for internet connection because we wanted to get connected with friends in Malaysia.. Hahahaha... Funny! We went to the nearest mall in that area called Robinson Place. It is a shopping mall. There's nothing much we bought there because we found that theres not much different with our price here in Malaysia. We just bought few blouses and t-shirts for ourselves. Mostly the shops in Robinson is an electronic shops and mobile phone shops.. But what made us shocked was the silver 925 items. The price is cheaper compare to what we have here. So we bought some of them too... Hehehe..
On the third day, we moved to another place called Makati City. We stayed in Citadel Inn Hotel and it is a big hotel which is consist of 33 floor... And we were given a room at the 27th floor... What a surprise indeed... It was really high.. I was freaking and scared whenever i went to the balcony to look at the beautiful scenery out of our room... We can see the whole city and next to the hotel is the Makati Palace Hotel. Big building as well. But i believe it must be an expensive hotel. Hehehe... Makati is a high-end area which is more safer place compare to Manila like the previous one that is Malate. Beggars are everywhere.. But there are lesser in the Makati area. We managed to go to Divisoria Market which is the place that are selling cheaper things compare to the one in the shopping mall. By the time we reached there, it was already 2.30pm and we only managed to buy few things because the place was really crowded and we were like "rambang mata" to buy everything there... And the market close at 7 pm. Everyone of us had to buy one new big bag just only to pack everything that we had bought.. Luckily, i had already added extra luggage to my ticket going back to KK.
Then we moved again on our fourth day. We moved just around the corner of Citadel Inn because we were looking for a cheaper hotel and just wanna have a different sight of hotel in Makati area... It was at Soho Hotel. The last nite we were there, we spent our time preciously... Instead of going to shopping, we had no choice but to go for other options since all the shopping mall already closed when we finished cleaning ourselves after the long hour at Mall of Asia and Rizal Park during the day. We went to the 24 hours saloon and we had our manicure and pedicure for our best memory in Philippines.. Hahaha... Then after the girls things done, we went for the club.. Looking for some chilling time and entertainment... Luckily we got our best partner, the first driver that drove us from Angeles to Manila on the second day. We had him around us just to be our bodyguard and made him our driver for our journey back to Macapagal Airport on the last day.
He was a good and kind guy.. He looked after us very well and be friended with us until now.. We were very happy all the time and we had a wonderful time together...
The main purpose of going there for a vacation was only for fun... Travelling to other's places and to see around there.. Yerp! That is my exact plan since i am still single... Maybe once i get married, i will have little time for travelling... That is why i choose to go wherever i want to when i have the money and i have the chances.. Hehehe...
Philippines has many beautiful places to see... Since my first trip i had no chance to see around... I will make sure to go there and will join the holidays tour.. Hehehe...
